My girlfriend booked a Dine&Dance ticket for my birthday. The food was pretty good but this will be evaluate separately on the Heck´s restaurant webpage.
Starting from the entry where a door man has no clue where I need to line up with my "VIP ticket". Once he was busy I walked straight to the lady at the door who knows more about the club. Once we were inside we needed to bring our jacket to cloakroom which has just boxes where you need a code for it. I expect a cloakroom where people actually taking your jacket and handing out a receipt. After this my girlfriend and me went to the bar where three woman who pretend to be something like a "bartender" are selling drinks. I asked for a Cuba Libre (a drink everybody knows), which was not on the drinking menu which was totally confusing. First I received just a glass with rum, no mixer, nothing. After a minute we found out you need to order everthing extra. Absolutely ridiculous in my eyes. This is how you confuse tourists and make most money of it. So we spent for two drink almost 40€? Ridiculous! Back to the bartender, they are only nice to watch! Nice hair, nice makeup, nice decollete but no clue about drinks.
After this we went to the dancing area. The DJ started with a nice song but I expecting that a DJ is more creative and has more than one f** beat. That beat went for over an hour until we left because of boredom. More negative point to mention:
an overrun of males in the club. I was not sure if this was a "Ramen" party" males just standing around to pick up any girls. I felt not safe with my girlfriend it´s all about having the big bottle at the table which guess what , are just a bunch of males no club feeling. Music wasnt that loud. You can easily talk to each other
All in all, I wont recommend that club to anybody. Giving one star is even to much.
Kind regards
Mr. & Mrs...
Read moreAs a club owner from another country. This is possibly the worse club experience I had in Europe. I first discovered their Ad at the airport which got me interested to check this place out. So I went online and manage to get tickets. Little did I know that once I went in, I cannot come out otherwise I have to buy a new ticket. What kind of stupid rule is that if a customer had something urgent to do outside the club but will return? they force them to buy a new ticket. Their management system is very poor as well coz they use male staff to rudely direct customers to put their coat/jackets in their lockers. I understand if they have someone that handles the cloak room to store ur coat and jackets but seriously?? A top notch club using cloak room lockers that can cost up to 10 Euros. I don’t mind payin 10 euros if there was someone handling it but if I as a customer have to go thru all that trouble.. my experience is already ruined being in that club. It seems like they only treat you better when I have table service.
As a customer that has already paid for entry as well as the cloak lockers.. my experience worsens when I found that I need to pay to even use the toilet. I understand 1 Euro maybe penny. But their effort is trying to charge here n there makes u feel like ur being trapped in a Club Scam rather than Escape.
But then again, if you had table service.. all these hidden charges would have been waived. So if ur coming alone or in a small group. DO NOT COME HERE. But if u have money to waste and wanting to flex at the table service. I’m sure they’re other clubs that can offer better service than this place.
By 1am we left because our experience was already spoiled from the way they treat...
Read moreHeard all the hype about what an amazing club this was so I decided to try it out for NYE (traveled from Germany). For starters, their entrance fee was 80 €- I figured that was fine since this is supposed to be THE spot. The cue to get in the club was extremely long and it took about an hour to get in. They had ONE line to get in, even if you had bought a ticket online (this needs to change). There should be a line for those who want to try their luck and get a ticket there in person, another line for pre sold tickets and lastly a VIP/table service line. Next, Bouncer at the front took my umbrella and placed it in a bin, claiming it would be safe (it got stolen). Get into the club and, it’s outrageously crowded- shoulder to shoulder in every single inch of the club. Went to reserve a locker and their machines were down plus, the QR code wasn’t working properly. Finally got on to the website only for it tell me there aren’t any available lockers yet, there were multiple still open and unused. Asked a staff member for help, and he completely ignored me and proceeded to help a group of cute girls instead. By the time I finally made it to the bar, it took 20 minutes to get a drink. Asked the bartender for a Heineken since I AM in Amsterdam, and he proceeded to hand me a Bavarian knockoff of Heineken that cost 8 €. Overall, the music, sound system, lights and effects are top-notch but that hardly makes up for all of the other things this clubs management doesn’t take into account. To make a long story short, this club needs to put a limit on how many people they allow in. That and, hire more staff to better meet the needs of people who pay 80 € for a night of fun (that doesn’t even include...
