A very interesting place. It's part arcade and part ramen store. You can also play with VR and they sell some merchandise too. The menu is very small which is neither good nor bad. You always know what you get. Three different kinds of ramen with their spicy alternative. The ramen was delicious. The broth is tasty and oily but not too much. Fresh ingredients but one or two more would be nice. The size of the bowl is on the small side but I was feeling full and satisfied at the end nonetheless. The reason I don't give 5 stars is because if you want to order food to your house, you will have to pay that same ramen for about 6€ more than it costs on the menu. Which is absurdly expensive and no ramen is worth that much. As a final note, I am really worried about this place because it's the only ramen store in their neighborhood and while it's huge (for Amsterdam standards) it's almost always empty. I hope they can keep up with the expenses or cut off the arcade part and move to a smaller place, otherwise I'm afraid they will close sooner than later.

Well to say I was let down would be an understatement. Maybe my expectations were to high but I based them on the business website. They claim to have anime running while you eat so my assumption was naturally a few tvs around where you eat with various anime playing. Unfortunately, there's only 1 TV way in the corner and they had some boring pro gamers playing a shooter so ruined ambience a bit right away and it stayed on that the whole time I was there. The girl who helped me had on a cute konohagakure flak jacket and seemed like only one really into it she helped liven the place up and had a smile the whole time. The ramen was delicious and filling so had to take leftovers, I'd like to try the fluffy pancakes they look good as well. The "arcade"/"arena" aspect leaves much to be desired and needs substantially more. Didn't get any figures but looks like they have a good selection of figurines at reasonable prices.

It's about time I had this experience somewhere. The funny thing about my visit here is that it all stemmed from a random post I saw on Instagram. I got intrigued and decided to visit. And if that wasn't one of the best decisions I've made recently... I came here for two things: fun arcade games and good ramen. The arcade games were fun, and the VR game I played was an excellent experience for me that I won't be forgetting anytime soon. The ramen... Naruto would definitely have been a regular customer here if he was real. I even heard another customer say it's on par with the stuff served in Japan, and despite never having been there myself, I'm inclined to agree anyway. The variety of flavors worked really well together, and it was just the right level of spicy. Thanks for this amazing experience, folks, I'm absolutely coming back here again sometime!

Every visit to Molly’s Arena is a memorable experience that I felt compelled to share. I realized that it’s not just a place to enjoy some delicious ramen; it’s an entire experience that transports you to a different world. It’s a place where you can indulge in culinary delights, enjoy engaging games, and even pick up a souvenir to take a piece of the experience home with you. Speaking of the culinary side, the ramen is exceptional. You can truly taste the care and quality of homemade noodles, and the portions are incredibly generous. And the sweets? Oh my! Trying to pick a favourite between the fluffy pancakes, the delicate matcha tiramisu, and the delightful espresso with ice cream is an impossible task – each one is simply delicious. What surprises me most is the atmosphere. Even as an adult, the games at Molly’s Arena create a joyful mood and bring out your inner child. I wholeheartedly recommend Molly's Arena for any occasion. Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate a birthday, a fun outing with friends or family to create lasting memories, or simply a place to treat yourself after an accomplishment, this is the place to be. Also, I want to highlight the amazing staff. They are genuinely kind and friendly, and chatting with them feels like talking to old friends. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place; I am truly grateful for...

Here for the Arcade games, did not try the Ramen yet. The games are nice, they have a cool Merchandise store where you can buy OPTCG Cards for the normal price, usually there is a big difference in the price it gets offered in store, but its fairly good here! The Arcade Machines are fun, there is Taiko no Tatsujin which is my favourite but sadly one of the drums does not work properly anymore. Kind of made it disappointing. The same goes for the machine for 3 players on the left of Taiko Drums. The one button is broken and only responds half of the time, making it hard to enjoy as a group as it is unfair. The other games like Tekken are classics. Crossy Road as a Machine becomes boring while youre still in your first round. All in all I wish for more exciting games and maybe a bigger area with less VR? I think it USED TO BE a big selling point to say "hey, we have VR games!! The future is here!" But by now it is kind of boring? I have never seen anyone play anything there. I suggest to get rid of the boring Basketball hoops where you cannot win anything and place 1-2 more (working) DanceDanceRevolution, DanceRush Stardom arcade, another Taiko Drums and maybe other Multiplayer games that make it fun to go with friends. A perfect example in this Arena was the machine like MaiMai rhythm games in Japan, the ring where you slap buttons...

Another arcade for children (and adults who like lighting money on fire?)

They use anime to market this place (do they even have a license to do so?) but there is nothing anime related at all aside from some figurines and an overpriced gift shop.

Came for the Taiko machine which is an extremely old version with speakers you can barely hear, my phone could provide better audio. The hardware is a weird Chinese knockoff of an actual Taiko machine and the screen is pixellated. They have some kind of weird Chinese knockoff (again) version of Maimai which also has such incredibly poor audio that it’s unplayable. The gun on the Ghosts game was broken. The Pump it Up machine isn’t updated/only has super old non commercial songs. The Metal Slug machine is running at like 10fps and is almost unplayable. Overall lack of effort/investment into yet another extremely mediocre and underwhelming amsterdam arcade.

Also came for pancakes but after searching for some kind of sign or menu (since there was a sign with pancakes outside the venue) were told they don’t serve...
