I recently completed an 11 day self-drive Namibian Highlights Tour organized by Wilderness Adventures. It was the best curated travel experience I've ever had! From planning to post-trip follow-up, Saqib provided exceptional 24/7 support.

Although the trip was organized with short notice (within 30 days) during the peak season for two people, Saqib provided ample information with sample itineraries and transparent pricing. He was always available by phone, email, or text to answer any questions we had and customized our tour experience based on our preferences and budget.

Once the itinerary was finalized and booking confirmed, we received detailed documents including a suggested packing list, tour plan with route guidance, and a custom Google map where we simply had to "follow the blue line". Since he has personally traveled all of the roads on the route, the instructions included information regarding when the surface of the road would change (tar, gravel, sand, etc.), when to change the tire pressure, where to stop for gas/petrol, and points of interest along the way. This level of detail was extremely helpful for a self-drive tour. All we had to do was remember to drive on the left side of the road and enjoy the experience!

Upon arrival we were taken to the car rental company and briefed about the trip. Knowing that we wanted to purchase local Namibian handmade boots before our excursion, Saqib went above and beyond by calling the shoe store in advance, asking them to pull the styles and sizes we wanted, and to stay open a few minutes later, as we were delayed en route. This is only one of the many examples of premium customer service we experienced with Wilderness Adventures.

Due to Saqib’s rapport with management and staff, we were treated like VIP guests at every lodge and excursion. Check-ins and check-outs were seamless and he handpicked the best rooms and dinner tables for us. It was truly an unforgettable, one of a kind experience!

In August, my friend and I had the incredible opportunity to go on a safari in Amboseli and the Maasai Mara, Kenya, organized by Wilderness Adventures. It was truly an experience we will never forget, and a big part of that is thanks to Saqib, who carefully curated our itinerary to make the most of our limited time in Kenya.
