Walk past, absolutely not worth it.
Once they confirmed our reservation was valid and we were seated, it took them a whole 15 minutes to discover that we weren't given our cutlery yet (on top of our table not being activated in their (buggish) app).
They advertise as unlimited, but it's anything but unlimited. Drinks are not included, way overpriced, and downright sub-par as both of our drinks were supposed to be sparkling - except they absolutely weren't. Time between ordering and having it served easily averages about 40-50 minutes, which is unlike anything I've ever seen at any restaurant using the same concept (where times usually average 3-7 minutes). Considering you have 2 hours (after which they charge €5.50 extra per 30 minutes) and the rate at which your orders actually arrive, you practically get about 3 or 4 rounds.
The sushi rice had a texture that resembled rice that has been out for days, warm sushi arrived horribly cold, and the fish they put into your sushi easily stays out of the fridge for more than 2 hours (we could look into the kitchen) - aside from being a health hazard (hello NVWA!), it also tasted as such.
The one remarkable thing was that the meats they did eventually serve (as in, purely meat dishes) were actually really good.
They were aware of their service and food issues as they ended up not charging any of the customers for any extra time, and what seemed like the manager did come by to ask for proper feedback. Considering all of this, when asked, they refused to give a respectable discount when paying the bill. Apparently higher up the chain has decided it's not allowed to give customers any discounts, and from reading other reviews I'm guessing it's been like this for quite a while now (wish I read these before).
TL;DR: If you want to pay €35 per person (drinks excluded) for a miserable evening, consider going. Otherwise, find something else (Umai is great,...
Read moreIt’s a rip off. For a group fewer than 6 people, you can only have “all you can eat”. (A few month ago we could still order a La cart for 2 people). Price is nowhere to be seen inside the restaurant or on the menu. Bad surprise when we got the bill: 40 euros/person for mediocre quality (weekend dinner price). (Perhaps our negligence for not asking in advance but we didn’t expect an Asian buffet place to be so expensive, especially when the food isn’t so fancy. The quality of sushi is not much better than sushis from delivery chains). And they make many rules to make sure that you don’t get to eat all you want to eat ( e.g max 3 dishes/person per round, minimum 15 min between each round, max 2 hours, etc) Conclusion: never again at this place. No wonder it’s empty on a weekend evening while the restaurants nearby are full. You should adjust your pricing strategy if you want to see retuning customers. Because for 40 euros/person, I can get much better...
Read moreWent for all you can eat. Were not too happy about the experience. The food is very basic; little choice, little variety, none of it very good (they deep fry the gyōzas, why..). It's fine, but almost every other restaurant in the vicinity has been better so far for the same or a better price. I can't say anything about a la carte cause that menu is way different, but for all you can eat I would not recommend it.
Service is fine, but ordering only every 15 minutes is pretty annoying. Usually it's 10, which is way better, now we were waiting a lot in between courses. I also had to order on my phone, so I felt like I was checking my phone half the diner, I don't like that system. Takes away from the experience of dining out.
Improvements would be: Better food, more choice (add the rest of your menu for example, amd add more ice cream than vanilla, chocolate and strawberry.. Come on..), tooth picks and cleaning things with the ribs and a 10 minute...
