I would have given the full 5 had the staff sent me a picture of the arrangement before sending them out.

I called from Sydney to have a large arrangement send to my Mum for Mothers Day, whom I have not been able to see due to covid in 3 years. I told the lady I wanted to spend $200 on a white bunch and to throw in as many lillies as possible, some chocolate strawberries, and some smelly soaps, rounded it off with a card on top.

There was a slight issue with delivery, the florist said phone number was wrong, the courier said the address was wrong not to worry my parents picked them up.

My father then wanted my mother to put them in a vase, hence the reason why I wanted a photo of the arrangement. My Siblings and I are scattered around the worl d and I wanted a nice photo to send to the, so they could also see what was sent.

Anyway, would I recommend, yes, but be very specific with what you want after service, maybe send the request for a photo in the email, as soon as you place the order...

Arranged for self pick up. Missed my order for valentine's day. I was already in a rush to work, and was relying on public transport. Was asked to wait while they made my order on the spot. This was fine. However because I was really in a rush and was not able wait, I requested whether the order can be delivered instead. To New Lynn Auckland (not outside of Auckland or any other places that are far away). However, was told that it cannot be done. Then now I have to find a way to make a trip to shop again before the close of business just to get the flowers. For the occasion today. In many instances other businesses may offer to deliver out of goodwill/inconvenience but nope. Not this one. Fairly disappointed.

Edit review: flowers for valentine's day received. Some of the flowers and leaves have unfortunately wilted (pictures attached). I don't expect anything from the shop. Just very disappointed with my purchase...

I am SO disappointed in this florist. I ordered a bouquet for my sister as I'm no longer in Auckland and thought I'd try a new florist despite this one being more expensive, and the delivery significantly more expensive than the other places I was looking at. The bouquet that was delivered (first photo) is absolutely nothing like the reference image I bought off (second photo), and frankly looked like someone picked some flowers out of their garden. I was so embarrassed when she sent me a photo of what arrived and feel like I've totally wasted my money. I also had no confirmation that they'd be delivered today or that they had been delivered at all which when you pay $26 for delivery alone you'd think you'd be notified that they were delivered. Can not recommend this business at all...
