This is a beautiful clean studio. The classes and teachers are amazing. I normally find Pilates and Yoga a little slow and boring but I am absolutely addicted to Wild Pilates classes. I started doing the classes after I hurt my back doing HIIT and could no longer run or do heavy impact exercise. After a few months I noticed my posture was much better and could see and feel a huge difference in my abdominals. I am now back to running and slowing building up my exercise intensity again with almost no back pain. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone wanting a good all over...
