Had the most lovely experience here and feel so great about my hair :) Adriana did a hair Botox treatment on my tricky curls - and it was my first time so I was super nervous. I have type 3b-c curls and had alopecia so half my hair is damaged by scarring and gets very frizzy and fine. Adriana applied the treatment to each area as required (she was great at identifying problem areas) and my hair has come out so , so good. The curls are still there but have relaxed a LITTLE so now are a mix of 2c-3a curls, and my hair is so much longer and manageable ! And not to mention the frizz and unruliness has GONE. I really didn't want to give a bad review as they treated me well at the salon. But unfortunately, they didn't reply to my email and I spent $270 for a Brazilian keratin hair straightening that didn't work. I washed my hair (following the instructions) and my hair is still curly and I need to use a hair straightener after every wash. They should warn their clients that it is more of a smoothening therapy rather than...
