Spice Supermarket — Local services in Albert-Eden

It's the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. First, they called me at 10:13 at night, and when I rejected the call they tried 5 times. When I posted on their Facebook page, my post was promptly removed. Then they called me after 6:00pm on Saturday night, I rejected the call and they tried 4 more times. I posted on their Facebook page again. I received a message that my shopping was on it's way on Monday. I had not been notified of the delivery so did not know it was. Until Wednesday afternoon, I noticed a cardboard box sitting on the pathway between the gate and front door, and looking inside I found that it was my shopping from Spice Supermarket....and it had been sitting there for 2 days, because I didn't know it had been delivered, and instead of leaving it by the front door, the box had just been thrown down on the footpath. I am totally disappointed and put off shopping...

Large variety and good quality of Indian spices and foods. Friendly and helpful staff. Easily accessible location. Parking can be a bit tough since the shop is on a major road with the bus stop in front. Highly recommended.
