Eggs and More — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

The food was actually good but I am giving it one star because of the bad customer service. There was only 1 one person serving which is actually fine but she was off in her own world. We asked her for glasses she said she will give it to us shortly. Forget about shortly, she completely forgot. I thought she might be busy so later my dad went and asked her for glasses, she again said that she will give it to us shortly and yet again she forgor 💀. Then requesting after 4th time she gave us glasses but there is a little twist. Instead of giving us 4 glasses she gave us 3 😂 and then she left. We were 4 people on one the TABLE. we had to request again then after a while we got another glass.

You think I am done yet? U are mistaken. We ordered for rajbhog lassi and royal faluda. You can guess what happened later. We never got them 😂. The waitress completely forgot that we ordered those desserts. I think she forgor 💀. Later we decided not to ask her for those dessert because we thought, because of the glasses incident, that we should not ask her about that because she was off in her own world lmao.

Honestly I liked the food. I am usually very picky about by food but the food was actually very good. Just sad that they have such bad waiters and really poor...

A very small, almost obsucre place in Sandringham, Auckland. Can seat very few people. One man show (At least whenever we have visited) place with just one staff taking orders, serving food and even putting the food together behind the scenes.. The pani puri is nice. Quality is okay okay.. Some people swear by the items that are served, esp. the pani puri.. Either they have not tasted authentic pani puri or actually have absolutely no inkling as to what pani puri even really tastes like.. We also had vada paav which was quite puny and miniscule in size.. The puri chaat was so so, nothing to boast about.. I'm a proper Mumbai-ite, born and lived 45 years in Mumbai and have had pani puri, puri chaats, ragda pattice, Samosas and the iconic vada paav a thousand times, literally !! So I know exactly how disappointing it can be to eat an item that is a poor apology for how it really should be.. The service is good. The single staff member is really efficient. Other foods on offer may be good, I have not tried them and hence will not comment on it.. Will I go back ? Yes, certainly.. Worth the effort if you are in a group of people and are looking at ordering and eating different things while having fun and enjoying...

Absolutely gutted to put this review for a very decent restaurant. I’ve been a regular customer for more than 3 years at least, surely no complaints about food or quality but to my surprise the service and behaviour of the staff was shocking today. I’m not sure if you guys are short staffed or the lady at the front counter is super tired but she was totally rude. If you don’t smile at customers cz you are tired, it is understandable but it doesn’t give you any right to show the pathetic attitude while serving the food on the table. The table wasn’t even having any water bottle or glasses until we finish the first entree and asked for it, it is basics of hospitality when a customer is at the table you give them water. I had to pick up the tissue papers from the wash basin. There was no sorry, thanks, please etc at all. It seems expecting those things are bit way too much on a busy night. You can imagine how frustrated I am that I’m writing this horrible review while I’m waiting for my food at the table. What is the point of paying 10% surcharge on public holidays for dine in and get treated like I’m having food at...
