I had a very bad experience today, We ordered Dosa and Idli, and both were of very poor quality – definitely not fresh or tasty.
When I asked for a takeaway box, they told me it would cost $1, which I paid. Then I asked for a paper bag, and they said it would be another $0.50. I was surprised because I’ve been to many restaurants and have never been charged separately for basic takeaway packaging.
When I questioned it, the lady(who claimed to be the owner) was extremely rude and refused to give me her name. She even used disrespectful language. When I mentioned that I would leave a review on Google, she suddenly offered to give me the paper bag for free and asked me not to post a review.
This kind of attitude and customer service is unacceptable. The food was bad, the service was worse, and I would not recommend anyone...
Read moreDear Exotic Team, I am a regular customer and visit your store almost every week to buy samosas and bread pakoras. The quality used to be very good, and I always enjoyed the taste. However, over the last 3–4 visits, I have been receiving stale samosas, and the bread pakoras have had a sour taste and unpleasant smell, indicating they are not fresh. I have already complained verbally to your staff 2–3 times, but the response I received was, “we don't know anything.” This is disappointing, and I feel like my money has been wasted multiple times now. As a loyal customer, I expect better quality and more responsible service. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that food served to customers is fresh and safe to eat. Looking forward to your response and improvement in service. Sincerely,
Pardeep...
Read moreExcellent food, awesome service and overall a place to go to. My family and I are hooked on to their vegeterian Chinese especially the fried rice, Manchurian Cauliflower and paneer. My wife loves the Pav Bhaji [ Probably it's the only place where you actually get the real pav]. The Vegeterian thali which is my personal favourite - has a choice of three vegetables along with two rotis, rice, onion salad and a sweet dish. My granddaughters favourite is the sada Dosa. The service too is excellent - at times when it gets really busy we have wait a while but it's yet okay. Jasmeet the owner along with her staff members are so warm and friendly that they charge the atmosphere with energy and love. Overall an excellent place to have a meal with family...
