Bombay Tandoor — Local services in Christchurch

Extremely bad experience with this restaurant. Ordered through the give me bread app and found two hairs in seperate items of our order - contacted both the app and the restaurant, app was kind enough to refund me for half of the meal, but with no communication from the restaurant despite two emails, I had to find out through a Give me Bread representative that the restaurant refused to issue a refund because the order went through the delivery service, when in reality they are the ones to blame for the hair in the food!!

I do NOT recommend this place. Very disappointing customer service. The servers need to wear a hair net or something and be more vigilant about their work....

This has to be the only place i will now get a good curry from.......After many years venturing Christchurch streets allowing my nose to guide me i found this lovely gem tucked away right next to another favourite of mine........ convenience at its finest 🙂. After having the Korma also the lovely Tikka Masala both with onion bhajees and garlic naan via uber eats and it arriving piping hot i decided to walk down and walk home the food was still hot and gorgeous not to mention the evening stroll was just what i needed to get my belly set and ready for the flavour onslaught .....second to none my worldly family these guys are off the hook brilliant. Absolutely delicious! The food from Bombay to Door is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. Their butter chicken is creamy and rich, the chicken tikka is tender with just the right amount of char, and the lamb rogan josh melts in your mouth. I also love their paneer butter masala and dal makhani—so comforting and full of flavor. The garlic naan is soft and buttery, and the biryani is aromatic with generous portions.
