I recently had an unfortunate experience at Burger Fuel that has left me thoroughly disappointed and reluctant to return. As a regular customer, I have always enjoyed their food, but tonight's order was a complete disaster, to say the least.
First and foremost, the quality of the order was far from satisfactory. The burger I received was cold, which is an absolute letdown when you're expecting a piping hot, delicious meal. Not only that, but the pattie was missing entirely. It's mind-boggling how such a basic component of a burger could be overlooked. To add insult to injury, my burger was overrun with lettuce, leaving me desperately searching for any trace of the avocado that was supposed to be included. It was a far cry from the previous experiences I've had at Burger Fuel.
Additionally, the service was subpar. I placed my order 45 minutes in advance, expecting it to be ready at 6:00 PM as promised. However, I had to endure an additional 15-minute wait at the store, which was incredibly frustrating. When you're hungry and expecting a timely meal, such delays can be highly aggravating.
All in all, this disappointing experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. The lack of attention to detail, coupled with the cold burger and missing ingredients, has made me seriously question the quality control at Burger Fuel. As someone who has been a loyal customer, it's disheartening to have such a negative encounter that has soured my perception of the brand.
Unless significant improvements are made, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Burger Fuel based on this recent experience. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and addresses them promptly. In the meantime, I'll be exploring other dining options that prioritize consistency and customer...
Read moreI am always happy buying burger here. I really love all their burgers but since this indian staff came, i don't think i will buy in this branch again. The first time that i encountered him was on phone. Just want to cancel the order that i made through online thats why i rang them and trying to get a refund but he wasn't nice and he was trying to intimidate the way he speak to me. So i just drop the call and can't be bothered to get a refund. The second time was, i wasn't feeling well and i went to the store and i was asking help from him because i couldn't figured out the term of their kids meal for my son. (KIDS CHEESE) He wasn't helpful but instead he told me to just call him if i already decided what i want. After I finish with my order, the next costumer was like having problem as well on him. I heard him from a distance and seeing him with unpleasant gesture telling off his costumer.
I can understand how stressful that job is. Specially if its dinner time but i don't think thats an excuse for not being polite to...

We were greeted and welcomed by Munish. We asked what he would recommend as we hadn’t tried anything on the menu before. We got everything he recommended, the American Muscle and the Bacon BBQ Roadster burgers… they were legit good! We got us some kumara fries and spud fries on the side with aioli, would definitely recommend both, but the kumara fries were next level! Thickshakes made with farmhouse milk, my only complaint about the thickshakes was that they’re not big enough, I wanted more!
