Went to buy their free range chicken drumsticks. On the shelf, it said $15.97 for 1kg. These drumsticks are all prepacked. After I checked out, I noticed that it actually only had 900g, but I was charged for the entire $15.97. Went and asked the store about it, they couldn't do anything as their manager was away. I felt mislead, so I returned the drumsticks. They called me 3 days later to apologise and say that it was a Foodstuffs error. Frankly, it doesn't matter whether it was their error or Foodstuffs. The fact is, I wasted time and petrol to purchase something, and all they had was a "sorry, but it wasn't our fault". Poor form. Won't be buying anything from...

I hadn't been in this store for about 2yrs & when I went in today I was pleasantly surprised @ how interesting the contents of the store were. Small islands of varied produce popped up here & there & while I didn't buy a huge amount I am now aware that I can get what I need from this shop 😊. Tea for the next 2 nites & fish was up first & then I spotted a good sized pork chop so that was all good. A small snack was in order & the lady who served me was polite & friendly & went the extra mile to put some tomato sauce on my hotdog 😋, well what's a hotdog without sauce lol. All up an enjoyable shopping experience & I'll be back...

The store is large and well set out but the staff are mostly young, presumably still at school or students, very offhand and rude. They completely ignore you if you greet them, half pack your bags then wander off and leave you to quickly finish and make room for the next customer. They are more interested in their private conversations than serving customers. They are generally sullen, unfriendly and unhelpful. They do not know where anything is and couldn't care less it seems. I've asked if they have a product only to get sneered at and told they don't sell it, yet other customers have shown me where to find it....
