Was picking up 3 pizzas that were ordered online. Then was informed in store that the ordering machine was not working and hence the order was not received. This was not the first time this has happened. Not very happy about the attitude of the pizza store.

And adding salt to the injury, the pizzas were not as awesome as usual.

The salmon pizza was so full of capers, they were literally all over the entire pizza. Capers are supposed to add the flavor to the salmon, not the other way around. I had to use a fork to pick them out one by one.

And for the pesto chicken pizza, I couldn't taste any pesto flavor in it. The usual rich pesto flavor was gone. I can only guess they switched to cheap pesto sauce (Ironically, this pesto pizza was actually greener than the previous...

I went to pick up my order at 8:25 PM and had already been waiting outside for 15 minutes. When I asked an employee named Arjun about my order, he said there was nothing under my name. I then showed him the confirmation email, and only then did he realise he hadn’t checked properly — the order wasn’t even prepared yet. I had to wait another 15 minutes for it to be made. Despite the delay and inconvenience, he didn’t offer any apology until I questioned the point of ordering online if the food isn’t ready on time. Lovely pizza shop in Riccarton area. Pricing is reasonable. Portion is ok. The pizza tastes great especially when eaten while it’s still piping hot.

For Muslim travelers, halal meat is used. The halal meat certification is displayed inside the shop on the cashier counter.

A small and cozy eatery. There is enough space for small groups of people to dine in. Not suitable for large groups or families with kids as the shop is quite small.
