This place used to be full of kids on their skateboards, bikes, mopeds, etc. on the weekend. With the dawn of Mobile Gaming like Minecraft and Fortnite. This place is basically deserted. Every time I drive past, it is rare to see more than 5 kids playing there. So sad. No more will we see future X-Games athletes representing New Zealand in Skateboarding or BMX. Not that we have any to begin with. Still sad. If only parents can nurture their kids better instead of taking the cowards way out. Giving them a mobile phone just to keep them...
