Just can't beat the freshest and tastiest cheesecake I've eaten anywhere. The slightly tart raspberry topping balanced perfectly with the creaminess of the cheesecake, washed down with a delightful flat white. What a treat. This has to be one of the best Muffin Breaks around. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. This should be the Gold Standard other cafes aspire to.

Fantastic place to go, the food is always fresh and tastes great with helpful staff that are happy to customize your order to suit you. Located opposite Countdown in West City it is a handy and convenient place to have a break or meet up with friend's.

I ordered a sausage roll which was satisfactory, and a toasted ham, cheese, and pineapple sandwich. The sandwich had stripes on it, but it wasn't properly toasted - it felt more like a regular sandwich. The cheese was melted, but the bread wasn't hot, and it seemed like the bread wasn't fresh. I was a bit disappointed. I requested my hot chocolate to be extra hot, but it was boiling hot instead. I usually ask for extra hot drinks, but this was surprisingly too hot. It was served in a take-away cup, so I wasn't aware it would be that hot. Additionally, I only received one napkin for two people. I was with a disabled person who couldn't get up to complain as he was eating. After 15 minutes, my drink was finally at a bearable temperature. I dine out frequently, and my experience here wasn't...

This review is for their newest product only, the Cherry & Dark Choc muffin, the one I was really looking forward to trying. Normally their food is ok, however this new item has let them down so much. From the super dry muffin to the bland taste, it was such a disappointment. The chocolate topping wasnā€™t even real chocolate, it was that dreadful runny poor excuse for chocolate that comes from a bottle. The cherries were disgusting. They were the ā€˜fake cherriesā€™ used for cost cutting purposes, those super bright red plastic looking ones and they tasted just like the description I gave. Ordered my coffee with coconut milk (as all that was displayed was 'alternative milk' but didn't state what types available), only to be rudely informed that they don't have coconut milk, so I got almond milk. Wasn't asked if it was dine in or takeaway, wasn't given a table number, I believe they assumed it was takeaway but I sat down like intended anyway. When it was brought to me the girl didn't even know if it had almond milk so had to go check.
