I was not prepared for how incredibly delicious the food was going to be. The staff were super friendly and could see if never ordered there before, they politely guided me through the menu as I settled on a pork buns. I've never seen staff smile so much, from the counter to the kitchen and it genuinely helped the vibe of the meal too. The meal arrived quickly at the table, and was absolutely divine. The flavours bounced off each other so well, the meat was beautifully cooked and succulent, and there was just the right amount of sauce that made the whole experience something else. I only ever buy the Juicy Chicken Salad and it tastes divine every time. I took a star off because as much as it doesn't put me off enough to not buy it - there is a REAL lack of meat. Especially compared to other takeout salads that i have seen AND the dine in guests eating the same. Its a bummer, because the chicken seriously is "juicy chicken". We have got food from here countless times now and every time it’s an absolute hit. Being a huge Bahn mi fan, I was skeptical when my partner got home telling me about the mind blowing “bun mee” he had at smoko. I finally caved and tried it one weekend and was pleasantly surprised at this little gem we have hiding away in Henderson.
