I was bring my custom ED Priwitte cue to the shop ask change cue tip. They asked me left front shaft in the shop and told me to pick up later. Couple days later I went to shop to pick up my cue but they stealing my ivory head and change a plastic head. When I ask where is my original head. They told me ivory head was broken during they changed cue tip. After that I was ask get my ivory head put back to my cue they ask me wait about 2 weeks then put a fake ivory head for me It’s really really bad behavior so I suggest people don’t go to this kind of shop anymore they are lier.
