I come here often with me two children over the course of nearly 7 years; I’m a blue elite (for what ever that’s worth) This is regarding the kids zone; I have to be honest it’s slowly getting worse. It’s never ever cleaned up or tidied; well upon arriving at 10:20 it never looks like it’s been reset for the new day. The ball pit constantly shrinks in volume upon arriving. The balls are bitten, squashed, taken out ball pit and just everywhere. It really doesn’t cost a lot to A) tidy them up at the end/start of day, B) buy a ton of them. The ball firing area is never tight. Either one gun works. None of them work. The projectile ball flinger doesn’t work. Or you have like 5, 12 year olds hanging off it. The under 5s area is a storage area for all the huge loose squares. Oblongs. Seesaws. The children can’t move in that area. And it’s stressful when a bunch of birthday kids decided to thrash the ball pit whilst our under 5s are looking terrified. *que the dads to stand up and shout their boys out the pit* You have physical table adverts to download the app to order food. The app hasn’t been set up I was informed after trying for 15 mins to be organised with this app. Someone left the party room upstairs door open from the play zone so my kids we’re upstairs in the party area not the actual play zone. Last time I came their was a huge leak from the roof that had come down the slopped steps for the kids in the ball fire pit. Water = electrics not cool. I advised the tall guy in grey shirt and he didn’t know what to do. So I suggested. Wipe it up! For over a year the little wood stepping stone at the entrance had never been replaced. Today my daughter brought me one of the hanging pushy things saying someone broke it off. The only two spinning poles you have someone has full on bent the purple one so it doesn’t even spin. You constantly have rubbish near the end of the toilets. I also don’t understand why every toilet you have in a KIDS time zone 0-12 is an adult toilet. My kid constantly fall down the loo or have to support themselves holding the physical toilet which is disgusting.

We were instructed via email to arrive 30 minutes early for our 10am booking, and we asked our guests to arrive at 9:45am as per those instructions. I even received a phone call the day before to confirm that I had read and understood the arrival details. However, when we arrived at 9:30am, we were abruptly told, “We don’t open until 10.” I explained we had only come early because we were told to, but we were still made to wait outside in the drizzle for half an hour. Guests who arrived 15 minutes early, as instructed, were also left standing outside. Despite the clear miscommunication on their part, no one acknowledged the inconvenience or offered an apology, they simply didn’t care. We were assigned a lovely young host, but unfortunately she was very quiet and lacked the confidence to guide a group of 10 5 year olds. In previous experiences, party hosts have been fantastic at keeping things on track and engaging the children, but this time we had to keep prompting her and gathering the kids ourselves for each activity and because of this the food was stone cold when we finally got to the party room to eat.

Staff are AMAZING. A huge credit to the venue. So patient and miss 9 had to tell everyone it was her birthday 100x over until each staff member knew and they took it in there stride. Dealing with a full on autistic child who doesn't be quiet or sit still the staff were so patient while she topped up her card, ordered dinner and engaged in conversation with her about 'how this is the best place ever'. Your staff turned what is usually a dreaded trip in and out in a hour into a relaxed 5 hour fun trip ( and a more money spent, after all if the kids happy then so are the parents) . Please pass on our thanks to your manager on duty tonight who was particularly the best and the young guy who got her a lanyard so she wouldn't loose her own card. Only downside was the pizza, the bases are questionable to the point the crusts ain't edable but after all you go for the entertainment not the food ;) Again please pass our thanks on to your amazing team on tonight.

This is regarding the kids zone;

I have to be honest it’s slowly getting worse.

Arcade: AMAZING! So many games all so fun and enjoyable. Also so many great perks with the arcade card tier levels. Staff are amazing, always so happy to help. Sometimes there are great deals on on special occasions. Bowling: Bowling is nice, there is a little bar that's never open. Also there is a music control area there. Lazer Tag: Amazing, big map, good guns, everything is cool! Kids zone: Kids Zone is big and fun. Ball cannons don't work however (also as of 10.1.25 the kids zone is closed and under construction). Bar / Kitchen: Food is standard arcade food. But the cheese pizza is awesome! Drinks are good, good options too. Prize vault: Huge prize vault with the most expensive thing being a mini backpack for 17,000 tickets. Party areas: There are 2 party areas both which are good. (Photos and videos coming soon!) We also had a birthday party here and it went like this: First Rhian (Our Party Host) greeted us all (14 people). Then she explained how the day would go and also said happy birthday to the Birthday Boy. First up was bowling, which was good especially as we could customize the music :), apart from that it was normal bowling with some tips occasionally appearing on the screen. Then it was the two rounds of Lazer Tag. Super fun but mid game of round 1 it turned to a free-for-all. Then for round 2 it was a Team game. Then it was the arcade. Super fun and Rhian gave us a extra blue game for the birthday boy on a candy machine, super kind like all the other staff. Price vault time next which was also amazing (more on the prize vault above). Cake and food time! Pizza was good, same for the nuggets and spring rolls. Drinks options were good and everyone voted for Water, sprite and fanta. Then it was then end. We had so much fun and we thank Rihan so much and all the other staff. (For the party there is three options and we picked the Epic...

Was very disappointed with the whole experience. We did the lasertag party for my sons birthday. Everything was rushed like they just wanted us in and out. The "host" was never anywhere to be seen. Other than to remind us of schedule! Cake time came and I let them no we were ready and the girl literally came in with the cake in the bag saying she had Jaydens cake loudly. Had not put the candles on. Not lit. No knife, no plates. (Considering I checked at the counter when we first arrived to see if they would do the cake and was told they would, made it even more terrible!) When I booked online it said parents had to participate per number of the children. She said when I got their parents weren't aloud to participate unless paying extra. When they were going to play the first game I asked if I needed to come along and bring them back. Was told once it finished that a party host would bring them back to the room. Then one of the mums informed me the kids were all out their running wild. Walked out no host to be seen and all the kids were scattered everywhere. (Not good considering their are a bunch of other people's kids their not just my own!) The staff in the whole place were all pretty rude and unhelpful. I could really go on for hours about all the different ways it was a terrible experience. At the end when the kids were in the timezone section the host came up to me and said we didn't have to pay the rest of what we owed ($30) because of how bad it was, which I appreciated but really doesn't change how bad the experience was. With the amount of money it costs to go here, they really did not deliver on their services. We will not...
