Approached the front counter about a getting a replacement for a faulty down jacket which leaked feathers like mad after only after a week. One of the service staff, some Canadian or American lady was extremely rude and disrespectful, dismissing me and telling me its normal and to keep wearing it. I've owned many down jackets before and none have had so many holes and leaked so many feathers as this one, so it was clearly defective. The canadian/American lady lied to me and said they didn't have a same size replacement after going and 'checking'. WhenI looked myself, I found out they did and when I confronted her, she got extremely aggressive back towards me. Extremely bad customer service and did not address my concerns about the faulty product in a satisfying manner at all. To her credit, she did end up giving me a replacement, albeit after i called her out on her lie, and after making the process super difficult. Had a bad experience with customer service today. Wanted to find out if I could exchange the item for a different size with just a bank transaction records only(purchased 2 weeks ago and lost the original receipt). But instead of politely explaining the policies, the staff member was responding suspiciously and unfriendly and not willing to assist. Made us feel very unwelcome as a customer. I went yesterday to look at their selection of packs. This arabic lady name satfia was so knowledgeable even though I made it clear that I will not be purchasing today. She still helped and gave me advice and even helped with fitting! Every time I go there, the people are genuinely wanting to help the customer and aren't just there for your money.
