Had an awful experience here last week Saturday. For some reason I am unable to attach photos of the matcha latte i ordered but it was very clumpy. I did try mixing it myself but was still getting chunks of matcha powder with every sip. So I went back to ask if they could mix it or throw it in the blender and the manager started getting very aggressive. She told me they ran out of syrup so they were using powder. Which is fine with me all I asked was they mix it again as I got it as a takeaway so didn’t have anything solid to mix the drink with. She honestly ruined my shopping day with the service she provided and someone should speak to her because it was so embarrassing with how loud and aggressive she was being towards me for just requesting they mix my drink. I wasn’t asking for a refund, I wasn’t asking for a new drink - I was only asking they take the drink in my hand and mix it properly because I had no way of efficiently doing it myself. Never going there again. So unnecessary and very unprofessional!! Edit - I’ve added photos of how my drink looked when I first got it (before trying to mix myself)

I recently had a rather disappointing dining experience at The Coffee Club located in Sylvia Park Shopping Mall. I tried their fish and chips, as shown in the photo. First off, the portion size was incredibly small for the price($29) which was quite off-putting. The fish, although crispy, was underwhelming in size, making the meal feel overpriced and not worth the cost. To make matters worse, the service was equally subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which significantly detracted from the dining experience. There was a lack of attentiveness; I had to wait longer than necessary for service, and when I did receive attention, it was with minimal courtesy. This lack of good service compounded the dissatisfaction with the meal itself. In summary, this was a meal that failed to deliver value for money, coupled with service that was far below expectations. I would not recommend The Coffee Club at Sylvia Park for anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience or good customer service.

Came here for lunch since my dad had gotten me a coffee club card. Food here is not bad, I liked the mexican chicken salad, quite big portion and the chicken was seasoned well. Reminds me a little bit of Hello fresh style. The double angus beef burger was pretty average, the patty was nice but that was about it, the sauce and fillings was very minimal so you are just mostly eating the patty. The bun was slightly burnt. The onion rings was awesome and the coffee was good. The price here is actually quite high, if you don't have the club card. An iced latte is $7.20 while some other upmarket coffee shop in New Market for the same thing is around $6. So overall for me, with club card is worth it, without I will probably go elsewhere.

Went to Sylvia Park Coffee Club for breakfast with my wife and son, the men ordered the Big Breakfast which I have always enjoyed (at the Botany branch), and my son also ordered the Seasoned Chips, we also had a milkshake each. Breakfast was quite disappointing, bacon was really dry. The milkshake wasn't a shake, but simply just flavoured milk. And the Seasoned Chips portion size for the $11 it cost was completely unacceptable, portion size was more like a side of chips which is not what we ordered (side of chips is $4.20) The server was also in a rush and when asked for salt, came back with tomato sauce instead. Certainly won't be returning to Sylvia Park CC again, I'll stick with the Botany Branch.
