I have never rated a place this low but I am disgusted by the service and low quality of drinks you get from here. They were good a year ago but definitely wont be buying from here ever!! Purchased the oreo matcha a few times and everytime it became even more bland and tasteless. Came back hoping itl be different. Paid $12.50 for the oreo matcha and asked for more sweetness and more matcha as it is usually bland. No ice asked so it wouldnt dillute the drink. Still tasteless and tasted like I paid for just sweet milk. Paid an extra bloody $2 to add more matcha which is bloody horrendous in price - result ? Still tasted like nothing. Wasted my damn money. Customer service was very friendly and warm and they took their time to explain everything in detail. The use of fresh ingredients was also excellent - sadly that was the height of the experience.

Whilst tasty, the drinks are way too overpriced. You can get pearl milk teas from practically anywhere else for at least a third cheaper. You need to ensure you are competitive with your pricing if you want repeat business as the flavours are not exceptional, just ordinary.

Secondly the staff constantly bragged about using only fresh A2 milk which you didn't use at all - you used standard Anchor blue top milk. Whilst we're not fussy with this sort of thing, some customers may rely exclusively on this detail so you need to be true to the information you are telling the customer.

I don't think I've ever ordered a beverage from Wucha before and this particular branch had staff in training and perhaps were a little short staffed because it took a little while for my order to be ready. Trainee staff member was doing fine. Once I figured out what I wanted (the menu is quite extensive) I ordered the mango sparkling yoghurt tea. I enjoyed the sparkling aspect and the mango flavour was good too. Couldn't really detect much of the yoghurt flavour but it was my first time so not sure if this is normal. I'd order it again as I basically love anything with mango. I was hoping it was made with fresh mango but this wasn't the case and it also isn't possible to adjust the sugar level for this type of beverage.
