I am not an exercise or fitness person. I am overweight but I only really do movement or exercises if it's "exciting" e.g. Mountain Biking or Kiting. My partner convinced me to join BFT, I wasn't convinced before signing up. But since day 1 (I joined as a "founding" member) I have actually really enjoyed attending these classes.
I originally committed to going 3 days a week mentally, but I actually go 5-6 days a week. That's how much I have been enjoying it.
The gym is welcoming with a great bunch of members, and I have come to appreciate the routine of waking up, going to the gym without thinking about my workout, turn up and just do what they tell you to do then celebrate starting the day off strong with your fellow gym buddies of all shapes and sizes.
The owners and coaches are awesome and friendly. They make sure you're doing the exercises right and that you're feeling it in the right muscles.
I'm also impressed with the balance of high and low intensity classes. It's nice to have variety without feeling overwhelmed or burnt out. Plus, the gym itself is clean and well-equipped, especially the facilities for a post-workout shower.
All in all. This place is great, from the outside it can look like a cult, but I'm sold on it! I feel stronger, fitter, mentally better, and a better me. My MTB and kiting has also improved due to my increased fitness...

I have had nothing but great experiences in the handful of times I have been in. The sense of community and support in this gym is unmatched! Equipment and programming is always on point. Coaches definitely know their stuff and all the members are so welcoming. Even though I'm from out of town I felt very included and supported in this gym. I trained with one of the coaches one time, (I think his name was Abbus) He is such a knowledgable coach and gave me great feedback and advise for my training!
