Ordered Prawn Biryani and Tandoori Chicken Tikka plus couple of Lassi drink, poppadums and garlic naan. Tandoori chicken was good but the biryani had the oil coagulate on my plate while I was eating. I find the sliced almond topping on the lassi drink a bit weird as it cannot even pass the straw. What really disappointed me was they didn't honour the 2 for 1 meal deal from Entertainment Book when I was about to pay despite the deal being advertised in the Entertainment Book. They said from 1 May, they have opted out of it and 3 weeks have already gone by and they are still in the Book. What annoyed me is they say they are even the cheapest in town (Biryani $27 and Tandoori Chicken $24 is cheapest?), in an effort to justify not to honour the deal.
I suggest they should have a notice at their entrance door to say that they are no longer honouring these vouchers anymore or THEY ENSURE they are removed from Entertainment Book. They should not benefit from free advertising and let customers be disadvantaged. That is not...
Read moreWhoever is the owner of this restaurant they need to probably hire new staff if they want people to come back to the restaurant I ordered dinner through Uber eats from this restaurant and they just gave me little portion of everything they didn't fill up the curry box and the packaging of Naan bread was a big mess when i called them I talked to a guy called Aman who said he is the manager the guy couldn't even speak proper English i was suprised how can a guy who don't know anything about serving a customer and handling a complaint can be a manager. The guy was very rude and irresponsible he didn't listen to me what i was saying and instead of admitting their negligence and mistake he was telling me how good of a restaurant this is and they don't care what anyone says i won't recommend this restaurant to anyone there are much better restaurants out there who value...
Read moreI pre-ordered a takeout half an hour ahead so I could collect it on the fly. When I arrived at the agreed time they had to find my order and started preparing the tandoori chicken tikka in a microwave. When it came out I saw and overheard one of the staff exclaim to the one preparing to give it to me that it was still raw. After 20 minutes it was crammed into a paper bag with the naan and by the time I got home it had leaked everywhere. I looked at the chicken and felt ill wondering if it was still undercooked so I microwaved it some more to be safe. It tasted ok but I couldn’t enjoy it. This has been a favourite eating place of mine for many years. I doubt I would go back now. What was once a thriving family business now seems like a bunch of strangers who don’t like each other much and couldn’t care less about the food or...
