Farmers Kilbirnie — Local services in North Island

I went in today to find some lingerie for a photo shoot I was organising. The shop had changed around since I was there last so I asked a sales assistant for what I wanted. She did her best to find for me size 18 black camisoles, bodysuits & saucy lacey knickers. Shame on Farmers for having very limited stock that seems to stop at size 16. I would have given them 5 stars if there were some bodysuits over size 12! On a more successful note, I left my necklace in the changing room and realized this about 30 mins after leaving the shop. To the credit of the salesperson she had seen it hanging up in the room and traced me by my Farmers card & left a voice mail on my home phone. I'm totally impressed!...

I found display and actual product were different. (ITEM PURCHASED staller and capsule for the baby safety first brand) It's hard to make him (Manger ) understand that what I bought which is still display at the store and what I found in the box when i got home is totally different but manager keep arguing that u got what comes in the box lol and if something missing in the box then call safety first customer care. Really disappointed as me and my wife are regular customer of farmers kapiti and this was our first purchased from different...

12/6 3.35pm Menswear is a mess...tshirts and shirts should be together in one area not spread out walking around just to find a shirt for husband. Everything there is so close can't wait walk around. My husband went to the counter older silverhair woman, she was very rude and my husband is trying be nice and funny she didn't even care!
