My sister learning her mistake from stay in the city fitness Tauranga last night but she was used the city fitness WiFi and yes you guys were very concerned about her and it was very big mistake on that so the personal training who sign up for the the city fitness Tauranga manager talk to my sister she got what you said her very hurtful my sister because she used the city fitness WiFi and say if you staying in the gym again I will cancel my gym membership and she doesn't have much people hang with and it was upset that you go to cancel her gym membership if she do that again and we'll my sister has mental health problem so she did a work and chilling out a bit and she was charged her phone too and she didn't not moving any furniture in Tauranga city fitness It is very upsetting for my sister and don't worries and she is going to cancel her gym membership because all this stupid drama and she said a big apologies for this mistake so she has learned this mistake and she just had a stressed out this week and I think no apologies please she can't accept your apology because she has learned her mistake....she is going to have a bad week of this matter... she has learned her mistake of this matter but when you sign up personal training should say no staying over time that won't be a problem... my sister said sorry for this matter this morning and I think the city fitness Tauranga manager was angry at My sister because she stayed in the gym and he said I am manager of this gym but didn't not saying his name and will let it be nice everyone have a positive day ...my sister give you guys a one star for this matter.she don't talk to people at all and if this happens again it will be in the city fitness Head quarter office about this matter you have no right to speak to my sister like that because angry at her at 6am.... too much upset drama morning..my sister was on the phone and personal training talking to her when she was on the phone that is very rudeness and didn't say a apologize.that ginger hair girl not her friend and she wants to be home less and helping someone like her....my sister don't speak to anyone and she did charge her phone and have a shower that all.... this City fitness Tauranga manager is angry 😡😡😡 at my sister and she is very upsetting mental health problem for this matter and don't worries I am going to sort out my sister matter very soon.Thank you triggered her mental health City fitness Tauranga manager, Don't even fcuk hurt my sister because yup what she did was wrong... personal training who was rude because My sister was on the phone with someone he comes long say your friend here this and this and my sister said she is on the phone and she was upset about it.... sorry but my sister going to complaining about it 😕😔 no apologies at all and they are horrible personal training and manager and my sister think he is awful to my sister and the Staff has done wrong to my sister and where is your rules in the gym and the Staff and don't explain them self and bad attitude like that ginger hair girl.Bad experience with the Staff here and everything my sister will never forget you guys but don't talk to my sister again because she won't talk to you or maybe.ask me did I moved the furniture in the corner of the vend machine I told them no I didn't put the furniture in that I think they don't believe me some one who reports me is going to get...

I’ve been a member of this gym since it opened, and within that time I’ve seen all sorts of things, members / staff come and go, all I can say is what a train wreck of gym, firstly I’ll start with the staff, some mean well but I’ve experienced PTs talking ill about other members to their clients during their sessions, which is very unprofessional, in my own experience I’ve had an altercation with a member which was not initiated by me nor was i the aggressor, this has attracted the attention of one of the female PTs and she instructed me to leave, she has physically placed her hands on me during this, yet they’ve terminated my membership because “I’ve used foul language and made her feel uncomfortable” you don’t get to place your hands on anyone, the double standard on I should respect staff / members but their staff member hasn’t shown me the same, she is rude and passive aggressive toward everyone in the gym, and often bullies and guilt trips people into giving up their equipment when she’s training her clients, which they have every right to occupy and use like any other paying member, she has had multiple complaints against her, you have played victim and made a situation that had nothing do with you, all about “YOU” this place has turned upside down under new staff and new management, what used to be a place I used to enjoy coming to, has turned into a horrible place. The fact no disciplinary action has been taken in regards to the staff member assaulting me, and how I’ve been treated is ridiculous, avoid this gym all together.

I expect City Fitness to resolve this or I will name and shame every single one of you involved with the...
