North Beach Fraser Cove — Local services in North Island

$24 difference for same crocks in store but different aisle!!! I bought some Crocks for my 11 year old granddaughter today at North Beach. They didn't have her size 5 in the soft purple colour she wanted on display in the children's aisle. Only a size 4 or 6. The sales person who was very friendly, was going to check if there were some in storage. Before she came back I found one in the adult part of the Crocks aisle where sizes start from size 5. 😀 However, the price was $99.90 instead of $75.90 in the childrens aisle. When I pointed that out to the sales person who came back from the storage with a size 5 in purple, she said the $99.90 ones are for adults and they are wider As I have a size 5 myself I tried on both pairs. They were exactly the same in length and width . The sales person was speechless. I bought the one from the storage which was priced $75.90.So if you have a size 5 or 6 and want Crocks, get them from the children's aisle....

I had an exchange due to something being a size too small (my error) and they corrected it without an issue. There was a minor shipping hiccup and another store sent my new item to them instead of to me, but when I called to follow up everyone was super helpful and lovely, and I had my order picked up less than an hour later. Usually most of the staff are friendly. Today however there was a shorter stumpier maori girl whom while i was talking with her seem to have a attitude and i watched her go behind the counter and talk to her colleague about whatever she perceived because that colleague looked back towards me that indicated clearly she was bitching this has neen the second time ive come in when she has been on shift and her customer service...
