Burger King Fraser Cove — Restaurant in North Island

I went into Burger King with my partner and two nieces on sunday afternoon. I thought you should know, that the young Lady named Tia, was doing an amazing job. As for all your other workers you had on that shift, they were useless, did not help her at all, they were just standing there talking and watching that poor young lady. My partner and I stood there watching as there were a few people waiting in line to be served and waiting for their orders we felt sorry for her, having to do everything by herself. what poor management you have. I suggest you speak to the manager that was on duty that day, that is unacceptable and unprofessional in the hospitality industry. Just a heads up for the owner as managers don’t normally follow through.. We drove through and got 2 No3 regular combos... Nobody in the drive through and had to park up and wait 11 mins for a so called fast food order... Then there were another 5 cars go through and not one got to get there meal at the window and leave. They all had to park up and wait.. how poor is this. When we got our meals the chips were cold and the burgers were almost frozen in the middle... Also asked for a sundae to be told it wasn’t working which has happened the last three times we have been.... How do you manage to stay afloat with such poor service I don’t know... We will not be back as the service and all is way better at Cameron Rd store... Very poor...

Some of the staff here need a sack! Or some urgent customer service upskilling. 9/10 times ive ordered here the food has been served luke warm or on the verge of being cold and i ALWAYS take food back if im not happy with it (cause why not? im paying for it) and 9/10 the staff give such unfriendly responses. 1 time in particular my chicken nuggets were disgustingly cold and we JUST left the drive thru. So we parked up and i walked them back in and told the lady at the checkout my nuggs were cold and she gave me the most rudest shittiest look, snatched the bag off me and told someone else to cook me some nuggets...
