Not faux flowers as you've known them! Fed up with regularly replacing 'real' potted orchids, I decided to give Curated Botanics a look at a photo of my Waiheke dining table that I wanted to look fabulous, year-round. They were so responsive and creative. Within a couple of days, I have suggested arrangement ideas staged and photos sent back to me with full pricing. It made the whole process so easy, and the results were spectacular. I ended up doing this again for a guest bedroom, and the resulting arrangement in a beautiful black ceramic jug, looks real, artistic and absolutely eye catching. John is superb with communication and everything running smoothly, and Heather and Abby work seamlessly to combine artful arrangement with a great spatial eye for what will work, where. These are gorgeous products. Exactly if not better than they look online. I ordered a few separate pieces for Xmas and they came very quickly and really well packaged. I ordered some berries for the Xmas tree and the presentation was gorgeous, they sent them in a beautiful box, decorated with ribbon, and they had presented them in a beautiful bouquet like I had ordered fresh flowers. This is a really classy outfit and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family to go have a look at their website, quickly before they sell out for Xmas. I’ve only briefly set up the Prelit 2.1m Spruce to check the lights work (they do!) but I’m really excited to see it fully fluffed up and decorated in a few week’s time. As a Canadian who grew up with live spruce Xmas trees I’ve been hanging out for one for years but they don’t grow well here which is a shame because they beat pine hands down. This one is surprisingly lifelike even up close and unfluffed and I love that I’m not going to be doing battle with light strings this year! I also love that there’s the choice between multi-coloured and white lights and there’s no awful menu of various flashing patterns to click through to get to solid. On, white, colour or off.
