Love That Leaf — Local services in North Island

Recently found Love That Leaf and been ordering a lot of stuff lately, customer service has been awesome and never had a problem with my orders being shipped, selection is also great, I’ve had indoor plants for awhile but some of the products like GT Focus I had never even heard of before I found out through the store and since using them there’s been a huge different in my plants from what I was using before.

Would 100% recommend shopping here if you’re really into houseplants.

GT Foliage Focus - Fantastic product, already seen a big improvement with my ferns in particular, my grub fern leaves were losing some of the vividness in their green leaves with my old fertiliser which was GroSure Pump and Feed, but after switching to this one I’ve noticed my fern is looking much healthier. Also worth mentioning is you can buy this in a bundle which comes with a free sample of something called HB 101, I had never heard of it before but it’s a Japanese made plant vitalizer made with concentrated plantain extract and other goodness, I started using the product as a supplement with the GT Foliage and seems to be working well, I’ve noticed some of my plants like my Alocasia Polly seem to not get as much brown tips anymore when I started adding it.

PHOTO+ Grow Light - Honestly not much is needed to be said about this one, it’s just awesome, the wands themselves are extremely rigid so it’s very easy to bend them to where you want and they just stay in place and never move, I’ve been using them for a ctenanthe burle-marxii and it’s been getting the majority of its light just from the wand and it’s doing extremely well, the leaves have maintained their vibrancy and haven’t faded which is usually a problem with the plant and I haven’t had that issue since using the light, and since there’s 3 wands if you get the light with the 3 wands, I can have them aimed over multiple plants in one area, very great product I’ve actually ended up ordering another since I...

I bought the H2O humidifier and a grow light for my sister's birthday. Both turned out to be faulty. The humidifier is supposed to have an intermittent mist setting, but it won't work. It continuously mists. Then, even on a full charge it does not run for as long as it's claimed. The grow light, which came without any product details/manual, goes off in less that 5 minutes no matter what setting it's on. The grow light didn't come with an adapter.

I tried placing a review about the individual products on their website, but instead got an email from the owner saying my review won't be posted because the review is anonymous, even though I went through the review link sent to me by Judge Me and had to provide my order email. I find it odd that the product reviews are filtered.

The owner did get in touch with further manufacturer instructions for us to try and information about their free replacement warranty, but having sent the gifts already, there really wasn't any point in following through for a return/refund. My review is about the products, not the business/owner. It would have been nice if the products had worked as advertised since they were last...

I’ve purchased from Love that Leaf twice now, and I’m seriously impressed by the customer service.

The first time I placed an order - I jumped in and purchased over $200 - and I did so about an hour before she emailed about a giveaway which I would have technically missed. I emailed her to tell her I was disappointed to be missing out and without skipping a beat she ensured I wasn’t!

Anna followed up with an email guide on how to use some of my new products which I found really helpful. I really appreciate the care and consideration.

Although there was a tiny mistake in my order (which I’m not sure I would have found to be completely honest!) Anna reached out to me and processed a partial refund without me even having to make a fuss about it.

All of this goes to say that about a week later I purchased another smaller order but I was met with the exact same grace and customer service as before.

In the interim I even messaged to ask a question and was given some information which was incredibly helpful.
