I placed an order for a couple products I needed for an event, I got an email alert from Party Lights team that it was on courier and the courier read the address wrong and delivered to a whole different postal code. I send Party lights team a message and they called me back quickly and without hesitation said they would deal with the courier and send through another set of products to make sure I had in time for the event I was doing. The newly sent products arrived in time (overnight) and the event was a success due to the Party Lights Company going above and beyond. I cant thank them enough
