Please be aware of this company.
They sell from various other product suppliers and marketplaces in New Zealand.
Between the marketplace websites they will argue responsibility to refund the customer for faulty goods.
In amongst that argument, they will cite courier issues to try and place blame the customer even when presented with evidence such as CCTV and images of packaging and condition of the item.
They have a clear business model of customer attrition in pursuit of any refund or correction of the products they provide.
Updates to follow pending court action.
Update Shortly before filing a claim, refund was processed, only after video footage of courier van arriving, collecting and leaving again was provided.
I still stand by this review where the company draws out every part of the refund process in the hope the customer will just give up.
After the refund was processed a "team leader" reached out by email apologising. At no stage during the elongated process was a team leader present even when requested during this frustrating time.
I advise anyone taking the risk of using this GrabOne to save all correspondence, take unboxing/item condition/packaging photographs and carefully note interactions if you require to return. These can be presented to Disputes and Tribunals and will make an overwhelming case when GrabOne claims customer fault.
Advised that the GrabOne person handling communication through this incident has since left the company and indicated that this was not the first issue.
No information provided on how to prevent this in the future, it was explained that this was an employee failing.

This is completely unacceptable.
First, the fact that I selected Auckland during the purchasing process suggests a fault in your system or a lack of clear information. Second, even if a customer mistakenly purchases a service due to unclear service area indications, it is basic business ethics and customer service to issue a refund upon request—especially when the service cannot be provided.
Refusing a refund under these circumstances shows blatant disregard for the customer and reflects a company policy that prioritizes profit over fairness and integrity. I demand a full refund for the amount paid. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue through relevant consumer protection channels.

My biggest gripe about this purchase from Grab One, is they do not tell you where the product is coming from! It was advertised as 'delivered within 10 business days' but took over a month to arrive, because it was coming from China! Once you have paid, you have no choice but to wait, and wait. Then, once it arrived, the cover was far too big for the frame, so would be a huge problem in any kind of wind, and not the design advertised, so was useless. Such a waste, I was told to dispose of it responsibly, and none of it is recyclable.
I have since purchased another homeware item, only to find it was coming from Australia!
