Absolutely appalling & inconsiderate service, the only place we can Uber roasts and they have stopped delivery even though their website says from Tuesday 11.30am and it’s a Wednesday. Also you make your customers pay for crackling. One of your customers showed you proof of maggots & you basically completely invalidate their rightful complaint while making it right? Just DON’T. It literally does not matter if you have inspected the food, THERE ARE MAGGOTS. Do NOT say sorry but, just be professional. Why do you exist as a business when you have poor standards of food & refuse to deliver when you have opening hours on Uber Eats? Crackling is provided everywhere else free of charge & we are in a cost of living crisis. Ripping off your customers & completely dismissing their MAGGOT ridden meal is just disgusting. I used to work in hospitality & I would instantly leave if I knew this is how you were conducting your business. You’re probably gonna right some “professional” answer back, you’re anything but. Shocking & completely out of touch. I hope this actually goes to management & you can make your service right again, because imo if you don’t, it won’t be long until you’re...
Read moreRude workers, so judgy and multiple people who I’ve spoken with about this restaurant have had horrible experiences. This is also the first roast place I’ve been to out of so many that don’t even give you a little piece of crackle with your sandwhich or roast meal and it’s not even available as on option on online websites but if you ask for a little bit, no matter how big your order is, they’ll call you and charge you extra. That’s okay I guess but every other roast shop gives you a piece of crackle for free with a sandwhich or roast meal, The food is yum so go there if you don’t care that the people are mean and you just want food. The younger girl that works there is nice but not the...
Read moreInteresting. I got potatoes, pumpkin, kumera, and carrots. Oh and two pieces of pork crackle. Very well priced at $14. I wasn't feeling too well, so didn't fancy meat tonight. I was expecting roasted vegetables, but I'm sure my potatoes were deep fried, so was the kumera, and pumpkin was steamed I felt. Carrots were boiled. Interestingly all very nice though. And the best part was the super crunchy pork crackle, heavenly! We didn't have to wait long, the food was already cooked, and being kept hot in the bain maire. Very little wait time. No fuss meal tonight. My friend got piece of chicken, a vegetables, and ate it all, I think $18. All good, see ya next...
