From start to finish everything was just smooth sailing. Tina from Space Jump provided fantastic customer service, replying instantly to my Facebook messenger enquiries and ensuring my order would be ready for collection in just 3 days!

Not only that but she went out of her way to assist me with various payment options in which she again provided very fast and clear communication the whole time in both messenger and emails.

We decided on the 14ft tramp mainly because we have little kids and as per other reviews we wanted to ensure the kids had enough space to play and jump without bumping into each other and it absolutely delivers on that aspect, very spacious.

The slide is a no brainer especially if you have little kids! It makes getting off the tramp so much easier and also a lot safer in our view. We also think our daughter loves the slide more than the actual tramp :)

The eclipse sun cover is a awesome add on and so worth it!! It provides really good shade and of course it’s added peace of mind knowing the kids aren’t getting burnt.

Tho basketball hoop is a staple piece! It’s almost a crime if you purchase a tramp and don’t get the hoop! The setup/install of the hoop and pole makes it super sturdy which is great however the ball that’s supplied is somewhat too big and too heavy for the littles kids so we just use other soft balls.

Overall a 14ft tramp, slide, hoop and eclipse just makes an epic and complete trampoline and the kids absolutely love it!!

Finally a big shout out to Main Freight as well who delivered on their end.... picking up the items and bringing it back to their warehouse for us to collect. All round professional and friendly service on the day which was great!

We narrowed our choice to two different brands of trampoline and went with Space Jump because of the higher weight limits which we have found really handy with teenagers. We went with the biggest size because we wanted our kids to be able to play together and the very first day we had our 16yr old jumping and playing with his younger siblings which was fantastic. We ordered in the midst of all the covid furore and the customer service team was fantastic with communication and delivery was surprisingly speedy for the times we were in. The instruction booklet to put it together was easy to follow and the video was very handy and made putting the trampoline together really easy, we were surprised at how quick it was to get up! All five kids use it regularly and it's often the sole point of play when friends come over- a good break from video games haha. I brought this SpaceJump trampoline almost a year ago, during the 2021 Covid-19 lockdown for my daughter Everly (2 years old at the time), who so badly wanted a tramp with safety netting.
