Be very cautious with this trader; avoid them if possible.

After placing an order, there was no response to texts, emails, or phone calls. I had to request a credit card chargeback from the bank and asked NZdepot to cancel the order. We needed to source from another retailer.

Three days later, the retailer contacted us by email asking for a restocking fee. Despite their lack of support, they were very argumentative about the fee, engaging in late-night email discussions with me. What kind of company operates this way?

They claimed support was unavailable but still processed the order. They also claimed there was a warning on their website about lack of support, but upon double-checking, it was not displayed on their website or in any emails, calls, or text messages.

I will avoid this retailer in the future. I cannot believe this is a New...

Purchased a Mitsubishi 2.5 kW heatpump with installation and was very happy with the whole experience. The installer did an excellent job and tried to keep the installation as tidy as possible with minimal conduit and careful sealing around drilled holes outside. See photos for results. Only suggestion is more flexibility from the delivery company as I'm normally not at home during working hours, however this is a very minor concern and overall still very happy....

I placed an order on 13th July, supposedly a courier was requested to pick up the parcel on the 16th July but the tracking information shows it was never collected and I have not received my order. Its now 14th August and I still havent received my order and I have also been unable to contact NZ Depot via their mobile phone number or facebook. Wouldn't recommend...
