Spring Spa — Local services in North Island

Had an appointment at 3pm for my wife, we have a 6 months old baby and we are from Auckland. I wanted to surprise her. The booking was made over phone and I received a text day before her appointment which I could not go through properly as we were traveling. When we reached I was asked to leave rudely with my baby stating ony the person who has the appointment can be on premises, the lady on the reception also pointed out that its stated in the text which obviously I did not read. So I asked her to cancel the appointment because its going to be hard for me to take baby and go out. Over this the receptionist notified me of 24 hrs cancelation policy and wants me to pay for the appointment me which we cant use. Since I knew they don't have my credit card she can't charge me, so I asked her to charge my cc if she has it on file. Because I am not giving my cc now to her. The point is I called her 2 hrs before appointment and asked her if I can wait in the waiting area while my wife gets the massage she said yes but later refused. I found the young lady rude and racist because we are Asian, look for someone who would not humiliate you. Poosha does my eyebrows and my fiancès eyebrows, she is AMAZING! She is such a perfectionist, we always walk out with the most amazing eyebrows. My fiancè is Lebanese Greek, quite strong and thick eyebrows, Poosha always manages to make his eyebrows look soo good whilst still keeping them very masculine. Mine are quite sparse and can get thin quite quickly. I've always had trouble in the past with beauticians waxing them way too much and making them really thin. I really stressed to Poosha that I like thicker eyebrows with a strong shape. She recommended I stop waxing and start threading. I was blown away with how amazing she made my eyebrows by threading them. She listened to exactly what I asked for and I loved them first go. We have seen Poosha 4 times now and she never fails to amaze us. She is extremely professional and the sweetest lady. We always enjoy our chats with her. Can not recommended Poosha enough. Had a one hour relax massage today, the star only for the environment. I was thinking one start onl before. Book the appointment @ 12, then I start waiting stuffs and changing clothes etc, approx start from 12.15, at the beginning, it wasn't that bad, then after 20mins, the massage just like helps you apply body oil and then wipe it off. You cannot feel any pressure and massage technical at all. And the service finish @1pm exactly. The whole service is like have a message only about 30mins maximum. I been to couple SPA @welly before, I don't think one hour service is including the waiting and changing~ Soooo disappointed.

Spring SPA used to be the spa I looked forward to going to the most,but I cannot find any reason go back now. And the reason I didn't say it immediately after service just because I have another appointment after, I don't wanna waste my time for...
