BurgerFuel Mt Roskill — Restaurant in Puketāpapa

I visited this store on mothers day it wasn't that early we arrived and we placed our order at 7.45pm which was only 2 burgers and 2 spud fries we waited awhile I asked the staff how long for our order please the girl was quite rude her reply was WHAT I said sorry to ask im judt wanting to know how far away Is our meal as 4 other people had walked in after us and they got there order before us and had left they ordered from the counter so it was not a phone order at this point of time the time was now 8.05pm I asked again about how far away our order was she walks over to the orders and said you have to wait another 5 mins this ended up being 15 mins more then when she called out our order she didn't even call the number and she just muffled our order under her mask and put our order under the lights I asked her as she walked off excuse me what number is thar order the girl proceeded to walk off and come back and stand down the back by the grill on her phone I throught how RUDE there was another girl there I manage to get her attention I asked her if that was my order she replied with what number which was mine and we were sitting at the table right by the counter so they knew who's order it was if I hadn't asked we will be still sitting there now while waiting I went to use the toilet the bathroom was filthy no soap no toilet paper I had to leave the toilet and grab some napkins from the table by toilet and use those and no soap do waited to come from the toilet to use the sanitizer I love burger fuel and haven't had it for a while so I was very excited about getting my burger fuel fix that night as a mothers day treat but I will not be visiting this one anymore and go to another store I hope they have better service than this...

This shop serves a great burger, has an amazing team, and offers a warm, welcoming vibe!

• Deep clean the entire area regularly • Upgrade the hand soap quality (ideally foam) • Replace the toilet lid/seat • Use bleach regularly in the toilet to ensure proper disinfection and hygiene • Ensure the bathroom is maintained throughout the day—for example: add a sanitising spray for a pleasant scent, keep hand tissues available, and consider adding hand sanitiser in the common area

With these improvements, you’ll be offering the best Burger Fuel experience in this country.
