My husband and I used new world to order our alcohol for our wedding day, wow wow wow we are so impressed, staff member Jacinta was absolutely amazing, she was supportive and got us great deals . She helped us through every step of the way til our big day. Not only they dropped off at the venue but also have a buy back scheme of the leftover alcohol that you don't use. Definitely will be using new world again for any functions in the near future. I think people don't realise that they can do pretty much anything for there customers. The staff in charge at the self check out is very unfriendly and lack customer care.

I went to walk my dog in Kaiapoi and thought of just picking some few items from New World. The staff already saw my check out station is red and seeking approval from her and she was free but made me wait anyway and asked for my ID. I was hoping she would use a bit of common sense to people like me who are obviously very old enough. No eye contact from her and just very poor judgment and service.
