Don't let the ' takeaway food' fool you. This is one of the best real sit down restaurants in Kaiapoi. The Vietnamese street food menu column is varied and their flavours are decently strong yet nicely balanced. Lots of delicious flavours like ginger, lemongrass etc. The food comes out reasonably quickly (like 30mins unlike some restaurants can be well beyond an hour). A table of 9 for a birthday dinner. Excellent service with the manager having a few jokes with us. Very friendly. The food was delicious! Fresh spring rolls are fantastic. Ordered 19.Shower Chicken on Rice Popular dish for vietnam family. Crispy skin chicken with garlic butter sauce. serve with steam vegetable and rice. Instead I was bought out 2 small chicken drum sticks rice with egg on top 2 slices of tomato shredded lettuce 3 slices of cucumber and a spicy sauce not garlic.
