We had food and coffee here today and we're dismayed to see the dishes dirty that we're piled high on every table. We sat outside at one of the 7 tables each full with dirty dishes and leftover food . We watched others come also and push the dishes to side of there tables like us and watch time and time again the waitress came out to bring food to the new customers like us and then leave empty handed with out removing any All customers we're talking to each having commenting together having noticed this. I'd never been to this branch before, and only ever had good experiences with Bush inn, Colombo Street and Riccarton mall, unfortunately the salmon "deluxe" bagels my sister and I had at $13 a pop, were so average and had 3 tiny slithers of salmon in them, along with 3 big red onion rings and heaps of lettuce, and you could spare the cream cheese. I usually have a coffee at Coffee Culture Kaiapoi, maybe twice per week. Usually I am rather satisfied with the service, however, today when I had a coffee and a scone it took about half an hour to bring to me. Once I prompted the person servicing the tables they brought me a coffee in a cup. I had asked for a coffee in a take away cup to have in the shop, I also had to wait another 5 - 10 minutes before I received my scone.
