Ok, strap in while I gush about this place. I’ve worked my way through all your classic group exercise institutes, i.e. F45, BFT, but (and no shade to those places, they are great in their own right) but Lift Club is something else. It’s independently owned, rather than being a franchise, and it shows in the investment they have for their members.
The program structure is intelligent and consistent. You can detail all your weights with the accompanying app so you know exactly what you’re doing from session to session and track your progress.
Jax and Ella know their stuff and somehow manage to keep up with the progress of every individual member. The effort that they put into the community, even outside of gym hours, is incredible. They’re available practically 24/7 via online chat and are always organizing side activities (like puppy rescue meet and greets) I honestly don’t know how they have the energy. Exercise I guess?
And said community is next level. Everyone is so supportive, it’s such a treat to get to train with friends every morning and celebrate each other’s wins.

I walked into LC 3 months ago, looking for a place where I could start lifting heavier weights, maybe do a class here or there while attending fitness classes elsewhere which I had done for a while with no real results. However one class in and I knew I was not going anywhere else. Jaxon and Ella work extremely hard at providing such a welcoming environment, I have only ever felt encouraged from day one and noticed huge improvements in my strength and fitness overall. There is a tremendous sense of community with tons of social activities to partake in as well. They work hard at structuring cycles of 8-12 week programmes which actually help you work towards goals, with coaches who help focus on each individual, your lifting form, and alternatives for when you may have an injury etc. Give Lift club a go no matter where you are starting from.
