Ally is a great personal trainer and pilates instructor. She is professional, thorough with instructions in simple language and makes her clients comfortable with some good odd laughs. She has great understanding of body muscles. I had lower back pain, doing yoga and pilates classes not only improved my lower back condition but also helped me throughout pregnancy. Ally is a wonderful instructor. She is patient, clear with her communication, and so funny. No matter what is going on in her life she is always professional and 100% present. When she was away for a few days, she took great pains to organise replacement instructors and in the lead up to it spent a couple of weeks making sure everyone had enough information for a smooth handover.
