I would review this supermarkt zero star if it is allowed me to do so. Horrible service attitude. Esp, oneof the cashier who normally serves in the middle of the counters. She charged me several times for wrong prices or double charged me. When I found out and went back to her, she felt clearly annoied as if it is me who did sth wrong. After she corrected and made the refund, she even does not bother to look at me , needless to expect she will apology for her mistakes. I talked with some friends and they all noticed that. Also, we all know she never says hello to any customers. Very rude! We went there only for convience for it is close to our homes. Now we all would rather go to other shops as much as possible. Anyway, their prices are not attractive and the shop is so dirty and messy. Don't have good shopping experiences...

extremely ridiculous chinese supermarket. not only massy, dirty, but also the cashers are really rude, especially the woman who is short and speak high pitch. She is always so rushing to throw your shopping everywhere to make room for the next. She cannot wait to servive the next and she charged me wrong for three times, also, without any apologies at all. Most of time, I thought as if I own her if i shop there. we are customers not enemy for God sake. I even found some food are already expired seveal months and they still seel at 60cents on the shelf. Great place for cheap deals on fruits and vegetables. The eggs, in particular, here are really affordable. There is ample place to park so if you have a car, this can become a staple supermarket for you. It is very packed on weekends though so I would advice coming in early and picking up the best deals while they last. The interiors are not as clean as you come to expect from other supermarkets in Auckland - but you can't beat the prices - and makes it worthwhile.
