My credit card got blocked due to online fraud. So until I could get a new card sorted I couldn't make my jet weekly payments. Even once I got my new card there was no easy way to update my card on the the website. Two weeks later I finally went to the gym and got my details updated but found that in those two weeks they charged me $20 in late fees (my weekly membership is $12.99).

Did as the below response advised. Wrote an email to Jetts. All I got was a "we're really really sorry but tough luck we aren't refunding your fine" response. So all this did is waste even more of my time. Would give zero stars if I could

After several more back and worth emails, where I finally had to threaten to take them to the small claims court they reimbursed me for the late fee. Glad to finally have this sorted but was much harder then it had to be. I'm changing my review to 4 starts as the gym is actually really good when other issues are not...

They have predatory billing practices.

My partner had a membership here, she missed one payment because of a lack of funds on her card, after that occurred the next weeks rather than charging her card you just sent the bill straight to the debt collectors including a fee, she rung your support to make sure that you would instead just charge her card that you had on file but you continued to send the weekly payment to the dept collectors instead. She eventually gave up...

Good gym for starting out, and appreciate the power cages too. Very clean and roomy here. Equipment is in good condition. I've marked this down as I've had comments being called a man by a certain staff member and some other male gym goers.
