went twice. first one was v good. i think the owner was also present. she made me tea afterwards also and overall experience was v clam and healing. loved it.

second one was below average and was not the same ppl as the first time. both were v young. the massager was v kind but it was obvious that it was her/his first time. they pulled down my waistline waaaay too low to a point i was starting to get v uncomfortable at the situation but otherwise allg. it was also SO. COLD. no heater on, i think there is no heater. i said it was too cold but they jst gave me another towel on top which did not help at all... i called before going to ask for price (which was the groupon price) and when i actually went about 2 hrs later, they raised the price by $10 saying that their groupon finished. so i reminded them our conversation, but she was said 'oh meh, this person that person, i forget'. and then educated me again that this only one-off special circumstance so on so on. so second time no, i did not enjoy.

I booked the Malai thai signature special 1.5h for my Mum on mothers day. She came back the happiest and most relaxed i have seen her in a long time. The staff were very friendly and was greeted with an amazing smell when i dropped her off. When i picked her up they gave mum a heated and fragrant towel and gave her time to soak in the great experience she just had. I didnt say much as her smile and calmness said it all. Mum said they were very attentive to where she felt stress/pain, and guess what, she went ahead and booked a couples massage two weeks later (2h this time) because she didnt want her hubby to miss out.
