I ordered a cake for my daughter's 20th birthday. The order was placed on short notice and I was very grateful that K Kitchen could accommodate our request. The cake was beautifully decorated and tasted equally amazing. The buttercream frosting was not too sweet and all our guests enjoyed the cake. It also came carefully packed in a big box which made transportation to our venue easy.

This was our first time purchasing from K Kitchen and the only thing that I can fault is the time that it took for the cake to be delivered from their Grafton premises to our West Auckland address. I understand that this is a fault with the courier company, however I am leaving this comment here so that perhaps they can review the courier company that they are using. I requested an afternoon delivery (12.00pm to 3.30pm). The cake did not arrive at our address until 4.50pm. We were due to leave home for the birthday venue at 6.30pm and I was absolutely beside myself with worry as I did not know when the cake would be arriving or if it would be arriving at all. I rang K Kitchen and was told that they would get the courier driver to contact me directly however no one contacted.
