I booked a 1hr deep tissue massage as I have a lot of problems in my back and neck. When I arrived I made sure to specify, I just want back/neck/shoulders for the full hour, not a full body massage. Well she started doing full body and still asked twice when I said I didn't want that. Also when she started there was a BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP as she set the timer, and another BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP when it went off at the end of the session - surely there's a more relaxing way to indicate that the time is up.

As for the back/neck/shoulder part, she seemed pretty intent on focusing on one spot near the top of my shoulders and the lower back. The whole centre of my back was kind of brushed over either on the way up or on the way down, but not given much attention on its own - even when I said that she'd hit a knotty area, she didn't stay on it for long. I got maybe 5 minutes on my neck.

Overall it felt really chaotic, jumping from place to place, no finesse; she used her elbows a lot and when you do that as a masseuse you have to make sure you adjust the pressure. If it hurt she just said "no pain no gain" but she doesn't know if the pain I'm feeling is from the muscle pain you expect from a massage or from her digging into sensitive areas too hard.

I'm glad I bought this at the discounted Grabone price as it was barely worth that amount; certainly not whatever they charge as full price. Some of my knots feel better but even a deep tissue massage should still feel like a massage. It didn't feel like she knew what she was...

Me and my partner had a massage just now. It was for 1 hour full body massage. Both therapist were talking while doing our massage which was very unprofessional. Plus few minutes later the room felt cold. My therapists massage movements were too fast. It's like she was rushing through out the massage. After my treatment I asked her to give me managers number and she gave me her own number writing Kevin's name. I called on the number she answered and I knew it was her and she hang up on me. I request for my refund...I'm so upset about this. Very worse massage ever i had. Iam a Beauty therapist myself and was looking forward for relaxation i will never recommend...

I've had many full body massages and this was the first massage that wasn't completed once time was up. The back full body was done (hardly the feet though) and once myself and husband turned around only his shoulders were being done and my head, then time was up. So quite disappointing as it was a good deal we found on GRABONE but now I wish we had just spent a little bit more to get a better experience somewhere else. Also they started the timer as soon as we walked into the room to undress etc... don't know if that's normal but i've never experienced this at other massage places so we won't be returning or recommending...
