We stayed here in December 2021 so we already had an expectation of the kind of service we would get. It was a pleasant experience back then bec. of the hotel's awesome location, the wonderful staff, and the surprisingly impressive breakfast buffet. We only paid Php 2900/night then and we even got a big room. It was an awesome experience for us and it was a no-brainer to book there again. ||||Anyway, I'm just gonna dive right into my unpleasant experiences there at Paragon...||||The bathroom towels were old and thin. Bleach and fabric softener can no longer save those things. Y'all need to buy new ones. ||Housekeeping neglected to give us our complimentary bottles of water. It was only on our last day did I notice that other guests were given water and we were not.||The internet connection while having reasonable speed was at times intermittent, especially at later hours of the night. ||The bathtub drain stopper got stuck and the water didn't go down. The knob was useless so we had to call Housekeeping to help fix the drain. ||Last year they served buffet breakfast on the top floor. It was something that we looked forward to getting again however this time they changed it to plated breakfast even if the room rate increased compared to the same month last year. I chose the Filipino set with Tapa on the first morning. The beef was tough and the egg was swimming in oil. They didn't even include a slice of tomato or cucumber to add a bit of freshness to the plate. The beverage options were limited to coffee, orange juice, and water. They won't allow it to be on take away so you either eat it at the restaurant or pay Php 150 for room service. ||I'll be honest I had no clue that Baguio/La Trinidad Benguet had a number coding scheme too. As in zero, no idea whatsoever. We suggest that as an added point of service, it would be great if the hotel could also inform the guests about it. I'm not putting any blame on them for my ignorance, I'm just suggesting that it would be nice if they can add this to the check-in spiel. It also does not help to tell me that all cities in the Philippines have a number coding scheme bec. that's false – FO Pinky should know better. Front Desk staff should also try to solve a request first before saying NO automatically, or at least make an effort to pacify an irate guest. ||||Not everyone sucked though. FO Leila was pretty cool for calling us when we left an item after checking out (Thanks Leila!) and the Security guards were friendly and kind. Good job you guys! ||||The little things really matter and sometimes it's that stuff that speaks the loudest. If the Management or Owner can read this - do something about it! You have a good (physical) product. Don't let it go to waste by scrimping on the...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel (08 to 10 JAN 2019). It was very clean and comfortable and represented great value for its price-point. I didn't like the 'tall' pillows but didn't ask for thinner ones so can't say whether they offer alternatives. But for a 2 night stay I wasn't going to bother about it and didn't mind at all because the bed was large and super comfy and I rested well.

The reception is large, inviting and filled with interesting décor. There's a mezzanine floor where guests can lounge at their leisure. I note they were also setting up for a wedding on the 2nd floor.

We were in Room 225 on the 5th floor which had a large window with street views & 'city' vista, in-room safe, complimentary wifi, slippers and robe. Our room looked better than the promotional pictures on the website. I was really impressed. There's an amazing Chinese restaurant next door where you can have your breakfast if included in your tariff or not. Also, it's conveniently located next door to a small but decently stocked grocery store. You could walk to the main street if you were so inclined. Traffic is bad in central Baguio but the weather is mild so it could be quicker if you have the time and are getting about at your...

First is the location - located right at the heart of Baguio City a few meters away from City Hall, night market and Burnham Park. Lobby and Hotel Interior - a high ceiling huge lobby with enough couches and sofas (even lazy boys) for guests. There is also another lobby at 3rd floor furnished with antique coffee tables and sofas. The hall way and 3rd floor lobby reminds me of Titanic The Room - the room is so spacious ,I could even throw a party for 15 guests, with vintage Victorian interior design. Complete with mini bar, fridge, cable tv, air condition, bathroom amenities w/ bath tub. Not all rooms have windows and you need to pay extra should you wish to have one. Some of the staff members are shy but they are very accommodating and approachable. But they are honest, I left my diamond ring and they were able to locate it. My stay was quiet and comfortable, 9/10 rating. I definitely...

Stayed here for 2nights early January 2019, it's the best place to stay in Baguio. It's near the places you wanna be, like walking distance to Burnham, to the public market where you can buy pasalubongs and also the famous night market. It's also beside puregold on it's left and watsons on it's right side if you need anything. The ambiance of the hotel is really nice, it's the kind place that you would come back to. We got the superior suite, we had to pay additional 800 per night for our 11 yr old but the receptionist was nice enough to give us 20% discount on the room rate! I love everything on the room, smells really nice and all the furniture and appliances are refined. I really had a good night sleep and actually doesn't want to leave the bed. My son love that it also have a bathtub where he could have fun "swimming" after walking around baguio. Will definitely stay here again.

We booked a Premium Park room in November 2023 which had a really good view of Burnham park. It was huge and had a tub. The hotel is also literally a minute walk from Good Taste restaurant and has a Watsons store beside it. Breakfast is tasty. Drinks were self service and served with plastic cups for juice and water and paper cups for coffee. What I didn't like is the outdated furniture. The chair in the vanity area is damaged. There were also small cockroaches coming out from the sink in the bathroom. I didn't take pictures because it was gross. We only paid around Php7K for 2 nights which is cheap given the location and the size of the room. I don't think I would stay here again given the cockroach situation I experienced.
