we booked this hotel for 3D2N..when we arrived, the room is not clean, hairs are everywhere in the bed.. seems like pillow cover and bedsheet are not newly wash (parang kakacheck out lang ng guest) the fact that we arrived between 6-7pm where in check in time is 2pm but still they didn't manage to clean it well..the toilet bowl is not clean the tables have dust and the the table beside the door have white molds already..no tissue, no plastic for the trash bin, no telephone for the home service, 1 soap and 1 shampoo but we booked it for 2pax. the worst, wifi is for one day only if u stay longer than 1day.. u were automatically can not connect the next day. the free water is outside (common water dispenser). There's a single terrace for all the occupants on the 3rd flr. still ok, not ok is the ashtray full of cigarette butts. from the first day until we checked out it's still there..so no housekeeping to clean it? another thing that bothers us is the noise coming from the nearby rooms. the staff can't do anything about that. they can say to the other guests that their rooms are not sound proof and observe the resting hours of the other guests..we need sleep from our day hiking but other guests arrive from night market between 11-12mn is disturbing.. the ONLY good thing here is the LOCATION. walking distance from Burnham that's All. But if I were to ask I would not recommend this hotel to the travellers who want to relax. There are a lot of hotels and transient houses nearby.. i will never...

Customer service is great.

No air conditioner in rooms. If you come in the hot summer months, be prepared to feel warm. They provide standing ground fan with a charge. Has ceiling fan provided.

Family room is decent with 4 guest, it’s good for 2 medium size person.

Deluxe room good for 2 medium size person.

Standard is decent for only 1 person.

Decent, nothing fancy. And they do not provide hairdryer or iron/iron board.

Bring your shampoo, hair conditioner, body scrub because it’s not provided here. It’s a 3 star and not in comparison to a 4 star.

Next door is mercury store for some necessities.

Night market is 7 minutes walk and not far.

I’d say, this is a 1-2 night stay and not any longer than that.

They will not provide any extra toilet tissue if needed, wait next day if you’re still a guest.

Water pressure is good and drainage for shower and bathroom sink.

There’s no fridge...

Pros: Located right across Burnham park, Puregold supermarket is a few meters away, Good Taste restaurant is at the corner, Watson's and a café is right at its Ground Floor. Rooms are for the budget traveler. Clean toilet and bath with functional water heater. We experienced city brownout and the power generator keeps the rooms working; the elevator though was a different story

Cons: We had to request for floor rugs because none were set by default, runs the risk of dripping water when we step out of the bath. Pillows not the most comfortable. Rooms have no views. Windows open to adjacent walls. But a common balcony is available on the floor. Very limited staff sometimes front desk won't be able to...
