I have been a loyal customer of Foam Coffee for the past 2 years, and I’ve always appreciated your exceptional coffee and customer service, even giving a 5-star review last year to highlight my positive experiences.

Unfortunately, I’m reaching out to share feedback on an negative experience.

On the evening of December 13, 2024 at around 11:00 PM, I encountered an issue with the handling of seating by your security guard. A group of 6–8 individuals requested 14 chairs, even though there were already enough vacant chairs in the area. When I politely asked for just one chair for my partner, who was standing, the security guard said that the chairs were reserved for the group 1st before me. However, there were never never 14 people present to occupy those chairs. It seemed as though the guard was prioritizing individuals who were not even there over accommodating a standing customer.

I refrained from arguing as I have respect, understanding the holiday season, but I observed that many chairs are really vacant for over an hour already while other customers were inconvenienced. Some customers near me were left in uncomfortable seating arrangements like mag ka kandong na even though my vacant chairs for more than an hour na, ang tagal na din.

I would suggest reviewing this incident through CCTV, and reminding your guard about first-come-first-serve treatment for customers.

On the same night, the drinks we ordered, two coffees and one strawberry citron were of poor quality. Unfortunately, we couldn’t finish them. We felt discouraged from raising a complaint due to many people and had to dispose of the drinks.

This was the first time only I’ve ever had a bad experience with your drinks, which is why I believe it’s worth looking into. I kindly request that you check with the barista on duty on December 13, 2024, at around 11 PM, to ensure the consistent quality Foam Coffee is known for.

This experience has led me to revise my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars this year. I believe this reflects an average or passing rating, as I still value the positive experiences I’ve had with your establishment in the past.
